Brucciani & Co, London along with its reference number, linking it to one of the most important 19th-century workshops dedicated to the reproduction of antique sculptures, in collaboration with major institutions such as the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
Originally conceived as an academic study piece, this fragment can now be displayed as a standalone sculpture on a pedestal or table, or integrated within a private library among books and objects.
